Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural requirements and best practices.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (or Azure) services and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
