Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to ensure high availability.
- Support the implementation of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Document technical configurations, procedures, and architectural changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine security patching and updates on cloud environments.
- Conduct basic log analysis to identify potential system anomalies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We prioritize attitude and willingness to learn over prior job history.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and operating systems (Windows/Linux preferred).
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, firewalls).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to obtain cloud certifications (we will support you).
