Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
- Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, manage IAM roles, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud resource usage and implement strategies to reduce operational costs without compromising performance.
- System Monitoring: Utilize tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Partner with development teams to integrate cloud services seamlessly into existing applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and/or Azure (VMs, Storage, Functions).
- IaC Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Containerization: Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Scripting: Advanced proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
