- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments
- Create automated data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Present complex findings to leadership through clear visual storytelling
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
