Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to drive data-informed decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent brand experiences
- Analyze user behavior metrics to iterate and improve product performance
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
