Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security through continuous monitoring
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools
- Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and serverless architectures
- Ensure HIPAA/FedRAMP compliance for sensitive government workloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cloud incidents and outages
- Document cloud architectures and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Security-first mindset with knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (required for federal projects)
