Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to maximize output quality
- Develop prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt engineering
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt design across industries
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to identify optimal performance metrics
- Train internal teams on prompt engineering methodologies and ethical AI usage
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and prompt innovation trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production LLMs
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and transformer architecture
