Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud resources using major providers like AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic cloud infrastructure issues under supervision.
- Support cloud security protocols and help maintain compliance standards for client data.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain detailed technical records for the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time in our Indianapolis office or hybrid remote schedule.
