Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues before release
- Create detailed test plans and test scripts for new features
- Perform regression testing to maintain product integrity
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience testing e-commerce or SaaS applications highly desirable
