Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 technical roadmap, aligning long-term innovation with business goals.

- Establish architectural standards for scalable, secure, and future-proof systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive the adoption of green technology in software engineering.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor industry trends to anticipate disruptions in the tech landscape leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives with multi-year horizons.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of future-forward technologies such as Web3, IoT, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
