Your Mission:
As the Architect for our 2026 roadmap, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and real-world robotic applications. You will be responsible for designing robust, scalable systems that can handle complex, unpredictable environments.
Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect and design high-performance neural network architectures and robotic control loops for autonomous vehicles and industrial automation.
- Algorithm Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for edge computing devices and quantum processors.
- Prototyping: Develop rapid prototypes to test novel AI concepts and validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into physical systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers in best practices for AI safety and ethical implementation.
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product line.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI development, robotics, or systems engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
