Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for next-gen large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and safety parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate research into production-ready systems.
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and publish high-impact papers.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning research and development.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed AI/ML journals or conferences.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, transformers, or causal inference is highly preferred.
