Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead interdisciplinary research in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Architect human-AI integration frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic visions at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through proposal development
- Drive ethical AI policy development with regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential tech trends
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
