Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI systems with 2026-era capabilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing predictive analytics frameworks

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for AI infrastructure
- Create blueprints for human-AI symbiotic workflows
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- 10+ years experience in AI development with 3+ publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at enterprise scale
- Certification in AI Ethics and Governance (IEEE or ACM)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
