Responsibilities

- Develop transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Partner with legal teams on evolving regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Author ethics-by-design guidelines for product development lifecycle
- Represent company at global ethics summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias detection and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in ML/AI system architecture and limitations
- Proven track record of translating ethics principles into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional leadership
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals
