Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias and fairness in high-stakes applications

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on ethical constraint integration
- Create industry-leading transparency protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at global technology policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Python for ethics auditing frameworks and simulation tools
- Track record of influencing AI product development through ethical frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethics challenges
