Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and decision-making algorithms
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Design transparency protocols for AI explainability and interpretability
- Advise product teams on ethical AI deployment and risk mitigation strategies
- Stay current on evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Author governance documentation and compliance reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning models
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment
- Experience with AI explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Data Privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
