- Design explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decision-making systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience collaborating with quantum computing research teams
- Certification in AI Ethics from recognized institutions (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Demonstrated success influencing AI product development lifecycle
