You'll pioneer new methodologies for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability in next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies including ethics advisory boards
- Design AI impact assessment protocols for autonomous systems
- Establish industry-leading ethical AI standards and best practices
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., Google, IBM, Microsoft)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
