- Monitor global AI regulatory evolution and advise internal compliance strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with regulated tech products
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in production ML systems
- Deep understanding of algorithmic fairness, explainability (XAI), and privacy-preserving techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent practical experience
