As our AI Ethics & Governance Lead, you'll architect policies for next-gen autonomous systems, quantum-computing interfaces, and neural network applications. This hybrid role blends technical rigor with strategic vision, requiring deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in generative AI and neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across 15+ product lines
- Design governance protocols for international AI standards compliance and regulatory alignment
- Present ethical impact assessments to C-suite executives and external regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior specialists in emerging AI ethics methodologies and future-tech foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 8+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for generative AI or quantum computing systems
- Expertise in international AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI safety protocols
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools and bias detection algorithms
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy matters
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance or equivalent (e.g., IEEE 7001)
