Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 tech experience
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level AI governance policies
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind Ethics & Society)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
