Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years applying ethical frameworks to real-world AI systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Strong background in privacy-preserving ML techniques (differential privacy, homomorphic encryption)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
