Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years leading AI/ML initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science on post-quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and Q# with 5+ production deployments
- Top 1% performer on LeetCode/HackerRank algorithm challenges
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE Q clearance
