- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Establish cross-functional R&D labs exploring human-machine symbiosis solutions
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education programs
- Manage technology forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy rates
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AGI, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones

- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., causal layered analysis)
