Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive tech trends
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategy with ESG goals
- Author white papers on ethical AI and sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar venues
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Certification in Agile/Scalable methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ tech impact assessments
