Qualifications

- Expertise in neural network optimization and quantum algorithm design
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with carbon-negative tech lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
