- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Mentor innovation labs focused on 2030+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published work in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
