Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and AI autonomy
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers in emerging tech domains
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through visionary proposals
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or spatial computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global collaboration
