Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic insights to executive board and industry conferences
- Drive sustainability initiatives within technology development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, CFTe) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD)
