Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market translation of breakthrough innovations
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Establish KPIs to track innovation progress and ROI on future-facing projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 market-disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, advanced AI, sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA with tech specialization
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable impact
