Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing applications and decentralized AI systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and ethical AI frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on cutting-edge research projects
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 5+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Secure $10M+ in government and private innovation grants
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough tech (3+ successful products)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or post-quantum cryptography
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Speaking experience at TED/WSJ Tech conferences
- Portfolio of 10+ patents in AI, blockchain, or sustainable tech
