Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption forecasts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across distributed R&D teams
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics
- Coordinate global hackathons for 2026 technology prototyping
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives for carbon-negative computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech startups from Series A to IPO
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing architectures
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Patents in at least two of: neural interfaces, quantum encryption, or sustainable tech
- Experience with US federal tech policy initiatives (e.g., CHIPS Act)
