You'll leverage trend analysis, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement to position FutureHorizon as the undisputed leader in the 2026 digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario simulations for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor R&D teams on integrating foresight methodologies into development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or thought leadership pieces
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of global geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
