Responsibilities

- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state briefings for C-suite executives
- Monitor emerging signals across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to investors and stakeholders to secure strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or future-state projections
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
