- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI solutions
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems
- Author forward-looking white papers published in Future Tech Review
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 10-year technology horizon studies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python, R, TensorFlow)
- Previous experience with government technology foresight councils
- Fluency in 3+ languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish preferred)
