Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for the organization
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Architect next-generation product/service roadmaps aligned with future market demands
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts and driving innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
