Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce actionable scenario plans for disruptive technological shifts (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Establish global trend intelligence networks and pioneer novel forecasting methodologies
- Deliver executive briefings translating complex future scenarios into strategic imperatives
- Drive organizational culture of anticipatory innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
