Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Author quarterly FutureBrief reports distributed to 500+ global enterprise leaders
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups on ethics, policy, and adoption of emerging tech
- Represent the company at international forums on sustainable tech governance
- Mentor junior futurists and academic partners in our Future Leaders program
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on long-term risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research (peer-reviewed journals or white papers)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, neurotech, climate tech
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic innovation and disruption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 5+ future-focused initiatives
- Professional certification in Futures Research (e.g., APF, WFS preferred)
