- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and predictive analytics frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Publication record in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and board-level audiences
