Responsibilities

- Collaborate with global academic institutions and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of quantum algorithm development or hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Successful grant-writing history with $3M+ secured funding
- Published in top-tier journals with 50+ citations
- Experience leading international research consortia
