Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company vision
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams through the innovation lifecycle
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships for emerging technology ecosystems
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovative products/strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in tech environments
