Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Drive strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and DARPA for frontier research
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor a 15-person R&D team in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and government contracts
- Monitor global tech patents and academic papers for disruptive signals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon grants ($5M+)
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20700 foresight standards
- Fluency in Python, MATLAB, and innovation management platforms
