Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Establish innovation KPIs and track industry disruption metrics
- Present to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at senior leadership level
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in future forecasting (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy)
