Responsibilities

- Identify Emerging Trends: Monitor global technology landscapes to spot disruptive opportunities and mitigate potential threats to our market position.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable development plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex innovation strategies to the C-suite and board members, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, mentoring junior leaders and driving professional development across the department.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of current and future technologies, specifically in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex business problems through innovative technical solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
