Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused products with rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders including investors and board members
- Mentor next-generation talent in future-focused methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation leadership with quantifiable results
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
