Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable solutions targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead rapid prototyping sprints for emerging tech (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations across sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for implementing breakthrough technologies
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present findings to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in tech innovation with portfolio of deployed future-facing solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong background in agile/lean methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
