Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across IoT, AR/VR, and autonomous systems
- Lead ideation sessions with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design and prototype scalable solutions using low-code/no-code platforms
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive intelligence for future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching products with 2025+ technology integration
- Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Strong understanding of ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for R&D projects
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three scalable tech innovations deployed in production
