Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the definition of the technical roadmap specifically aligned with the company's goals for 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our architecture.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure microservices and cloud-native architectures to support future growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Innovation Integration: Research and prototype new technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive product differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and make strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
