You'll lead our charge into quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems while mentoring a team of world-class innovators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption impact
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neurotech, or decentralized AI
- Executive-level experience communicating complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Theory, or Future Studies
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
